Non-refundable Policy: All payments for events, training sessions, and workshops are non-refundable. We understand unforeseen circumstances may arise; therefore, if you cannot attend, we will endeavour to fill your space. Should your space be successfully filled, we may offer a refund, but we provide no guarantees.
Photography and Media: By attending any WAVE event, you consent to the use of your image in photographs, videos, or other media captured during the event for promotional and social media purposes. If you prefer your image not to be used, please inform the event organisers in writing prior to the event.
Respectful Conduct: All participants are expected to behave respectfully and courteously towards others during all community interactions, training sessions, and events. WAVE reserves the right to remove or ban any individual engaging in disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful behaviour without issuing a refund.
